General 

Stall price for 3days - 1 cubical = 300 OMR/779.40 USD

Reservations for cubical or floor space will only be accepted upon full payment prior to the event.

Vendors must have their Oman CR in order to take part in the event.

Vendors should have their CR and VAT certificates upgraded and carried with them during the 3 day event.

Cubicles and/or floor space areas are for the registered vendor and cannot be assigned by the vendor to another party. 

If you wish to have a larger space then you can obtain so by buying out two or more cubicle spaces.

Cancellations are non-refundable.

 

Set-up 

Mall opens at 9:00am and set-up must commence no later than 9.30am and be completed by 10.00am.

Spaces will be given out on first one first served basis. If you wish to select your own spot be sure to be in the first one to be there. In case of any dispute, draws will be taken.

Cubicles may be given to those on the waiting list of vendors fail to set-up by 10:30am 

Vendors will be permitted to offload their vehicles at the service entrance of the mall ONLY but must do so as quickly as possible and then move their vehicles to a designated parking area. 

Areas in front of  cubicles or floor space must to be kept clear for access 

 

What’s provided:  

Cubicle measurements 6.6 ftW *8ft H all three side wall.

Entrance for registered vendor and one (1) designated assistant .

Refreshments are available for purchase at the mall food court

(This is not included in the rental fee)

please note that every cubical will not be equiped with a power socket.i

f you require additional sockets to use for machines,an extra charge of 50 OMR 

will apply.Kindly inform the organizers of your requirement upon recieving confirmation.

All vendors will be advertise on our website and social media handles

prior and post event.
